Start with a free phone appointment available 7 days a week. We arrange your lab tests, send requisitions directly to the lab, and help you find the nearest location. Once results are ready, you’ll have a phone appointment with a clinician to finalize your PrEP plan. For injectable PrEP, you’ll then visit one of 40+ Ontario clinics every two months for your injection.

No health card is required for appointments with MyRed.ca. We work with patients regardless of their coverage status and help navigate available options for everyone.

PrEP only protects against HIV. It does not protect against other sexually transmitted infections like gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, or herpes. Regular STI testing is still recommended.

Sherron is a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. She has a BSc in Nursing and a Master in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from D’Youville University in Buffalo. With over 12 years of experience in acute care medicine and chronic disease management at Sunnybrook Hospital, Sherron now also focuses on increasing access to PrEP for HIV prevention. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, travelling, theatre and spending time with her family.

Jackie Gerlach is a Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience in sexual health care, HIV care, PrEP care, and primary care. Prior to returning to her first love, clinical practice, Jackie worked in health services research and administration for over 20 years. Her research background and related administrative experience is in health system evaluation, health human resources, automation of clinical practice guidelines for health service administration, and knowledge transfer in the clinical setting. In her spare time, Jackie is an avid cyclist, swimmer, cross-country skier, non-fiction reader and most importantly, a delighted grandmother.

Cristina is our Patient Care Coordinator, dedicated to making your care experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Cristina loves being a mom, exploring new places, hiking, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with the people who matter most. Her compassion and enthusiasm shine through in everything she does, both in and out of the clinic.

Rafik is our pharmacist and his number one priority is helping patients feel confident and supported in their care. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain medications in a clear, down-to-earth way. When he’s not caring for patients, Rafik loves spending time with technology and computers—always exploring new tools and ideas. That passion for tech, combined with his dedication to patient care, helps him bring a modern, efficient, and personal touch to every prescription.

Aaron is the Founder and Team Lead of our company. After graduating pharmacy school, Aaron was driven to make an impact on the health of others by using technology to increase access to certain areas of health care, and more importantly reducing the stigmatization of HIV. Aaron drinks matcha every day, enjoys art, and works on shaping bonsai trees on his time off.
